This Quality Policy defines the organisation and procedures for the quality control of Pioneer Research Chemicals Ltd., and satisfies the requirements of:- BS EN ISO 9001:2008.
Pioneer Research Chemicals Ltd. is a Private Company engaged in the Research, Development, Manufacture and Supply of Chemicals for Medical and Industrial Applications.
The Quality Manual and supporting Procedures are approved by the Managing Director and must be adhered to for all orders qualifying for release, unless specific written instructions are given to the contrary. Any such deviation from this Quality System requires the approval and authorisation of the Managing Director.
The Company policy of Pioneer Research Chemicals Ltd., is that the quality of design, manufactured products and services it supplies, satisfies its customers’ needs by conforming to contractual requirements, whilst providing value and quality and operating as a profitable concern within the framework of the quality system.
The reputation of the Company rests on the high quality of its products and it is the concern of all Company Employees to ensure that this standard is maintained as effectively and economically as possible. It is essential that all Company Employees give their full support to this aim.
The Company have implemented measures to indicate how the business is performing. This includes basic business measures of cash flow, sales and capital expenditure. Quality Objectives will be reviewed and documented. The Company will also seek continuous improvement in both methods and quality control with the ultimate aim of producing zero defect products.
The Scientific Director is the designated Quality Representative. He has the responsibility and authority to ensure that this Quality System and supporting Procedures are maintained and operated throughout the Company. It is the responsibility of the Directors to ensure that this Policy is both communicated to all Employees and maintained at all levels within the Company.
