Add 1 part Acetic Acid Glacial to 9 parts of Davidsons Sea Water Stock Fixative shortly before use.

Tinted pink for identification purposes only.

Due to the fact that Davidson's solution contains sea water, it is an excellent choice for preserving the structure of the tissues.
